45ml Gin
Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
3 Whole Lychees, Skin & Seed
Removed (Fresh Or Canned)
4 Thai Basil Leaves
Ice
Garnish: 2 Thai Basil Leaves
Method

Crush the lychees in the bottom of a tall glass using a muddler or wooden spoon.

Gently bruise Thai basil leaves by clapping between hands, then add to the glass along with the gin.

Fill with ice and top with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water, then enjoy garnished with Thai basil leaves.
