45ml Vodka
Schweppes Lemon Lime & Bitters
4 Chunks Of Pineapple
Juice Of Half A Lime (15ml)
10ml Schweppes Raspberry Cordial
Ice
Garnish: Pineapple Slice
Method

Using a muddler, gently crush pineapple chunks with Schweppes Raspberry Cordial in the bottom of a cocktail shaker or a glass jar with a lid.

Add vodka and lime juice, then fill the shaker or jar with ice, secure the lid and shake vigorously.

Strain the liquid into a tall glass, then fill with ice and top with Schweppes Lemon Lime & Bitters. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
