45ml White Rum
Schweppes Agrum Citrus Blend
6 Strawberries, Green Removed
Juice Of Half A Lemon (20ml)
Ice
Garnish: Strawberry Slice
Method

Using a muddler or wooden spoon, crush strawberries and caster sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker or a glass jar with a lid.

Add rum and lemon juice, then fill the shaker or jar with ice, secure the lid and shake vigorously. Strain the liquid into a wine glass.

Fill the glass with ice and top with Schweppes Agrum Citrus Blend. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
