Ingredients
180ml Gin
Schweppes Agrum Citrus Blend
10 Cubes Of Watermelon
Two Limes, Cut Into Wedges
12 Coriander Leaves
Ice
Garnish: 1 Coriander Stalk For Each Glass
Method

Using a muddler or wooden spoon, gently crush watermelon cubes and coriander leaves together in a large jug. Squeeze in the lime wedges.

Fill the jug with ice and top with Schweppes Agrum Citrus Blend.

Stir well to combine and serve with ice filled glasses, garnished with a coriander stalk.
