Ingredients
180ml Vodka
Schweppes Lemon Lime & Bitters
1 Ruby Red Grapefruit, Cut Into Chunks (Peel On)
4 Tsp Caster Sugar
Ice
Garnish: 6 Wedges Of Grapefruit
Method

Gently crush grapefruit chunks and caster sugar in a jug with a muddler or wooden spoon.

Add vodka, then fill the jug with ice and top with Schweppes Lemon Lime & Bitters. Stir gently to combine.

Serve with glasses filled with ice and garnished with a grapefruit wedge.
