45ml Vodka
Schweppes Soda Water
4 Cubes Of Watermelon
2 Basil Leaves
Juice Of Half A Lime (15ml)
1 Tsp Caster Sugar
Ice
Garnish: Watermelon Slice
Method

Vigorously crush watermelon and caster sugar together in a tall glass with a muddler or wooden spoon.

Add vodka, lime juice and basil leaves, fill the glass with ice and stir to combine.

Top with Schweppes Soda Water and enjoy garnished with a slice of watermelon.
