A refreshing gin cocktail combined with tart citrus and fragrant herb notes – subtly sweetened with Schweppes Signature Series Low Sugar Tonic.
Bright Highball
Ingredients
30ml Premium Gin
Schweppes Signature Series Low Sugar Tonic
20ml Fino Sherry
Juice Of Half A Lemon (20ml)
2 Dashes Of Fee’s Peach bitters
15ml Sugar Syrup
Crushed Ice
Garnish: Peach Slice, White Orchid, Lemon Oil Atomiser Scent.
Method

Combine gin, sherry, lemon, bitters and syrup to a highball glass.

Add in your crushed ice and swizzle ingredients until they’re slightly diluted.

Mix in the Low Sugar Tonic Water and stir.

Top up your glass with more ice.

Garnish with a Peach Slice or two thin slices of Lemon.

Optional: Finish off with a spray atomiser mist over your cocktail.
