Tall and vibrant, this combination of earthy tequila, bursting blackcurrant liqueur, zesty lime and refreshing cucumber is finished with a bold bite of Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.

Ingredients



45ml Tequila
15ml Crème De Cassis (Blackcurrant Liqueur)
Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
Juice Of Half A Lime (15ml)
2 Slices of Cucumber
Ice
Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon

Method

Add tequila, lime juice, Crème de Cassis and cucumber to a cocktail shaker or a glass jar with a lid.

Fill the shaker or jar with ice, secure the lid and shake vigorously. Strain the liquid into a tall glass.

Fill the glass with ice and top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale. Enjoy garnished with a cucumber ribbon.
