Golden Cobbler

A fruity twist on a classic cocktail merging smooth Scotch Whisky and succulent summer fruits with a touch of Schweppes Lemonade to spritz.

Ingredients



45ml Scotch Whisky
Schweppes Lemonade
4 Chunks Of Pineapple
Quarter Orange, Cut Into Chunks (Peel On)
Crushed Ice
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge & Orange Slice

Method

Gently crush orange and pineapple together in a short glass with a muddler or wooden spoon to release their juices.

To easily make crushed ice, wrap ice cubes in a tea towel, place on a stable surface and hit with a rolling pin until broken into even shards.

Add whisky to the glass, fill with ice and stir well to combine. Top with Schweppes Lemonade and a little more crushed ice, then garnish with orange and pineapple slices to serve.
