Gingerlea

The Gingerlea is abundant with smooth Scotch Whisky, bold ginger, crafted spices, aromatic bitters and beautifully ripe green pear.

Ingredients



45ml Scotch Whisky
Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
Half A Very Ripe Green Pear (Peeled) Or Tinned Pear
1 Thin Slice Of Ginger
2 Dashes Of Angostura Bitters
Ice
Garnish: Thin Slice Of Ginger

Method

Vigorously crush pear, ginger and bitters in a tall glass using a muddler or wooden spoon.

Add the whisky, then fill with ice and top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.

Stir gently and enjoy garnished with a slice of ginger.
